Tap2Grow Hub (“we”, “us”) is a small business in Toledo City, Cebu, Philippines that makes NFC and QR cards, stands and squares. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, business name, mobile number, email, delivery address and any note you write.
- Design details: the logo you upload, the business name on your card, and the style and colors you pick.
- Menu details (if you order a digital menu): photos of your menu, dishes and prices you send us.
- Payment status: which app you said you paid with and when. We never see or keep your bank or e-wallet login, PIN or card numbers.
- Card activity: how many times each card is tapped or scanned, by day. We do not record who tapped, their location or their phone details.
- Website visits: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and pages. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
Why we use it
- To make, deliver and support your order, and to send you your receipt and order updates by email.
- To confirm your payment.
- To set up what your card opens (your page, review link, digital menu or Wi-Fi page).
- To show you your card’s taps on the My card page.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for anything unrelated to your order.
Who else handles it
We use trusted services to run the website: Supabase (database and file storage), Cloudflare (website hosting and visitor counts), Resend (emails) and our courier (J&T or LBC) for delivery. They only get what they need to do their part.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as your card is active, plus the period the law requires for business records. Logos and menu photos are kept so we can reprint or update your card. You can ask us to delete them anytime.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email support@tap2growhub.com and we’ll reply within 7 days.
Keeping it safe
Only Tap2Grow Hub can see your orders, logos and menu photos. Our admin login uses two-step verification. Owner pages are protected by a private PIN.
